Attentions
- Minors and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to join the tour.
- Pregnant women must be within 24 weeks of pregnancy and provide complete valid information during booking, including full name, gender, contact method, and valid group meeting point to ensure booking accuracy.
- Group participants must purchase tickets through the group; no self-purchased or CityPass tickets allowed during group activities.
- During the tour, guides or drivers reserve the right to adjust schedules or routes due to weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, or terrorism as uncontrollable factors.
- If attractions are temporarily closed or unavailable due to holidays or other reasons, adjustments or replacements with other sites will be arranged to ensure complete experience.
- Children under 8 must use safety seats; rental fee is $10 per person per day and must be informed in advance for preparation.
- Tour levels include Silver Discount, Golden Key Experience, Platinum Prestige, and Diamond Exquisite; please refer to product level details.
- Due to rising fuel costs, from May 18, 2026, tours will charge an additional transportation fee of $5 per person per day, collected uniformly during the itinerary.
- Tourists must strictly adhere to departure times; vehicles will not wait if delayed over 10 minutes.
- If the tour is cancelled due to uncontrollable factors like weather, war, strikes, clients may face delays; additional costs will not be borne by the supplier.
