• Maximum weight 115 kg/253 lbs, minimum weight 40 kg/88 lbs, minimum height 1.2 m/47.2 in.
• Those weighing more than 95 kilograms are required to be assessed by a tandem skydiving instructor at the skydiving area, with full refunds for those whose health and weight do not pass the on-site assessment.
• Ages 12 and under are not permitted to participate.
• Written parental or guardian consent required for all participants under 18 years of age.
• The whole skydiving activity takes about 3.5 hours.
• In winter, we recommend that visitors wear several layers of close-fitting clothing, which is much more comfortable than just a jacket.
• The meeting point is located at the Skydive Center in Queenstown Town Centre, please arrive at the Skydive Centre on your own. After gathering, you will be picked up from the Skydive Center and transferred back to the meeting point.
• Visitors can drive themselves to the Queenstown parachute area, but still need to check in at the Nzone Skydive Centre first for a brief briefing!
• In the event of unsuitable weather for skydiving, scheduled jumps may be canceled. Operators will try to reschedule delayed skydives to the next round. During the season of changeable weather, it is recommended to schedule skydiving on the earliest date of your trip and reserve a day as a stand-by.
• For skydiving programs canceled due to weather, a full refund is available upon confirmation with the local operator if the tourist's travel schedule conflicts with the subsequent skydiving.
• For safety and insurance reasons, personal cameras and Go Pro extreme sports cameras are not allowed to be taken on board the airplane.
• Pregnant women, patients suffering from heart disease, fear of heights, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis and other unsuitable diseases are prohibited from enrolling, and the above tourists will not be refunded if they are rejected at the site.
• Travel itinerary inevitably exists certain safety risks, please choose carefully according to their own physical condition.
