Attentions
- Minors and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not allowed to join.
- Please provide accurate and complete booking information including full name, gender, valid contact details (mobile preferred) to avoid errors affecting travel.
- Tourists must purchase attraction tickets together with the guide; bringing own tickets or using CityPass is not permitted.
- During the trip, the guide or driver may adjust the sightseeing order and stop time according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure smooth itinerary.
- If the attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), the tour will be adjusted to external viewing or replaced by other sites.
- Children under 8 years old require a safety seat on board, rental fee is $10/person/day; please notify in advance for arrangement. Violations and fines caused by no prior notice are borne by the guest.
- Travelers must have basic health conditions; disabled or mobility-impaired guests should contact in advance for relevant policies; otherwise, seating or accessibility cannot be guaranteed.
- Due to continuously rising fuel costs and greatly increased vehicle operating costs, from May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5/person/day will be added and collected by the guide on tour.
- To guarantee smooth and complete itinerary, travelers must strictly comply with the designated assembly time; vehicles will leave if delayed over 10 minutes unless due to uncontrollable factors.
- Pets and animals are strictly prohibited on all trips.
- Group may switch vehicles en route; the guide and driver will transfer service accordingly.
- Please bring valid photo ID and itinerary voucher for onsite registration.
- This product is a group activity; mid-tour departures require prior consent and signing a departure agreement; uncompleted parts will not be refunded.
- Complimentary items that cannot be provided due to uncontrollable factors or personal reasons are non-refundable; please understand.
- Smoking is prohibited on all vehicles; use designated smoking areas if needed.
