• Sunset tickets at Edge NYC are the most popular time of day and sell out quickly. Book as early as possible to secure your preferred time. Aim to arrive at least one hour before sunset to ensure you are on the deck in time. Sunset times change throughout the year and are highlighted on the edgenyc.com homepage as a guide. For priority elevator access during peak sunset periods, consider buying a Priority Access ticket.
• City Climb tickets are booked for a specific time and date and are a non-refundable purchase.
• Edge NYC is located at 30 Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Once you enter The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards, take the escalators or elevator to Level 4, where you’ll find the Edge entrance and Guest Services Counter.
• Edge NYC is located at 30 Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The easiest way to get to Edge by public transit is the 7 subway train to 34th St–Hudson Yards station. Parking is also available at the Hudson Yards garage.
• A full visit to Edge NYC typically takes 60–90 minutes. Your journey begins on Level 4 with the indoor immersive experience, which takes around 30–60 minutes depending on how much you explore. A 52-second elevator ride then takes you to Level 100, where you can spend as long as you like exploring the outdoor sky deck, glass floor, Skyline Seats, and Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality.
• Please bring passport or ID.
• The attraction recommends the use of mobile phones to display tickets, but printed tickets can also be used.
• In the event of inclement weather, parts of the outdoor terrace may be closed for safety reasons. Visitors will be informed of the weather conditions and visibility before entering and no refunds will be made due to weather conditions.
• No outside food or drink is allowed.
• Normal-size backpacks and bags are permitted at Edge. Large bags and luggage are not permitted and we do not have lockers or storage capabilities for your personal items. For security purposes, Hudson Yards reserves the right to inspect any bags. You consent to such an inspection by visiting Edge.
• Every Edge NYC ticket includes the full indoor immersive experience, 360-degree views from the indoor deck on Level 100, and access to the outdoor sky deck, the glass floor, angled glass walls, skyline seats, and eastern point. Food and drinks are available for purchase at Skyline Bar & Cafe by Tao Group Hospitality.
• Booking in advance is strongly recommended. Popular time slots and days, particularly sunset and holidays, sell out quickly and prices increase closer to your visit date. Same-day walk-up tickets may be available at the Guest Services Counter on Level 4 but cannot be guaranteed during weekends and peak periods.
• Student discounts are applicable for 20% off with a valid student ID only on-site at the Guest Services Counter. This discount can be used on General Admission, Flex Admission, or Priority Access tickets.
• You do not need to print your Edge NYC ticket. We encourage you to present your ticket on your mobile device, though printed tickets are also accepted. You can access your mobile ticket at any time in your confirmation email.
• Children under the age of 5 visit Edge for free. All guests above the age of 5 require tickets to visit Edge.
