If we are unable to reach you, please proactively contact customer service before 8 PM to get in touch with the tour guide. Otherwise, guests will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited the tour, and no refunds will be given. The responsibility will be borne by the guests themselves. This tour accepts same-day bookings (with a reservation made at least 1 hour in advance).
  • Due to scheduled road closures on the Las Vegas Strip from November 20–22, 2025, and on December 31, 2025, we will be unable to drop guests directly at their hotels in the evenings. Instead, we will drop off at Chinatown Plaza on Spring Mountain Road. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The tour guide will contact you by phone between 4pm and 8pm the day before departure. You may provide a Chinese or US mobile phone number. If the guide is unable to reach you, please proactively contact customer service before 8pm so that they can assist in contacting the guide on your behalf. Otherwise, it will be considered that the guest has voluntarily forfeited the tour, no refunds will be given, and the responsibility will be borne by the guest themselves.
  • Before departure, please carefully check your luggage and ensure that you have all the necessary travel documents. Guests who are enjoying discounted ticket prices are requested to bring a photo ID for age verification.
  • Please take good care of your personal travel documents, passport, tickets, credit cards, cash, and other valuables. Do not leave them in the vehicle or entrust them to others for safekeeping.
  • In the rare event that the itinerary is changed, delayed, or canceled due to reasons such as equipment and transportation damage, strikes, illness, theft, getting lost, accidents, weather conditions, or insufficient number of participants, the local tour operator reserves the right of final interpretation.
  • The group must stay together during the activities. If you need to leave the group during the trip, you must obtain the tour guide's consent to avoid any accidents.
  • If you need to go out on your own during nighttime or free time, please inform the tour guide or your fellow group members and pay special attention to your safety.
  • Please bring the following medications: stomach and intestinal medicine, cold medicine, motion sickness medicine, and any personal prescription medications.
  • During New Year’s Day, National Day, Labor Day, or other long weekends, the tour fees will be subject to appropriate adjustments. Please confirm the prices before booking the tour.
  • For the benefit of all travelers, the tour will depart on time. Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes early. No waiting for latecomers. The responsibility will be borne by the guests themselves.
  • The luggage carrying standard for guests may vary depending on the type of vehicle. Please confirm with the customer service staff at the time of booking whether large or excessive luggage is allowed.
  • Due to potential temporary security checks during the trip, tour buses do not allow passengers to carry any suitcases.
  • To ensure the integrity of the itinerary, please cooperate with the driver and tour guide's arrangements for the tour times and sequence to avoid incurring additional overtime fees due to exceeding the scheduled time.
  • Due to the dual responsibilities of driving and guiding, and the practical difficulties of parking at many attractions, the driver-guide will usually provide a brief explanation on the bus and typically will not accompany guests into the attractions. If you require the driver-guide to accompany you into the attractions, additional fees for the driver-guide’s admission tickets and parking will be required.
  • During the actual trip, the itinerary of this product may be subject to appropriate adjustments by the driver-guide (such as changing the order of visiting attractions) based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the tour, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and the guests' consent is obtained.
  • Our company reserves the right to make changes to, postpone, or cancel the itinerary due to reasons such as equipment and transportation damage, strikes, illness, theft, getting lost, accidents, weather conditions, and other force majeure events.
  • Additional expenses caused by force majeure events such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, airplane issues, mechanical failures, flight cancellations, or schedule changes will need to be covered by yourself. We appreciate your understanding.
  • For the complimentary items included in the itinerary, no refunds will be given if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, or if you are unable to visit them due to personal reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
  • To ensure the smooth progress of your trip, if you need to disembark at a certain location in the itinerary ahead of schedule, please be sure to leave a message when booking to let us know so that we can confirm whether it can be arranged.
  • For the safety of all passengers during the trip, please fasten your seatbelt when on the vehicle. Any fines incurred due to passengers not wearing seatbelts will be the responsibility of the passengers themselves.
