• All passengers aged 18 years and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification cannot be accepted.
• Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
• Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).
• Passengers also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.
• If transfers selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
• All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
• Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 5 days before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
• Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 48 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-736-7243. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
