Muir Woods National Monument
Muir Woods National Monument, named after the American conservationist John Muir, is located just outside San Francisco, a one-hour drive away. Tall, majestic fir trees have stood firm for centuries, untouched by human intervention, preserving their pristine condition. Please note that you should not take any trace of this area while visiting. Stout, sturdy trees are common throughout the park. A cross-section of a tree stump at the entrance reveals it's over 1,000 years old. Americans have used white ink to outline the tree's growth rings and record significant events in the United States during that time. This serves as a reminder to future generations of the inseparable connection between nature and humanity. Under the witness of time, nature's transformations make humans seem insignificant. Strolling through the forest of sacred trees, each of which has been thousands of years old, in various forms, is a truly spectacular sight. Sausalito
Sausalito, the filming location for the famous movie "Married at First Sight," boasts picturesque scenery and a vibrant artistic atmosphere, lending the town a unique charm and character. Just across the bridge from San Francisco, it faces the bay. Battery Spencer
